Aaron, the host, is super responsive. He provides all the information you need when you ask. The rental property is located in a quiet place yet very close to the main road, about 10 to 15 minutes from Bear mountain. The house has everything you need. It is equipped with a huge smart tv, a smart thermostat, and NEMA charger for ev. There are two bedrooms upstairs, one bed in the master bedroom, and two beds in the other bedroom. It also comes with an air mattress that you can use. The family room downstairs is very cozy and the kitchen is nice tidy and full of different functions. The house is clean and well-remodeled and decorated. It was such a joy to stay there as a family. Thank you for being a great host!

We had the opportunity to stay at Aaron’s place to enjoy big bear. His home is wonderful and has all the amenities you will ever need. He is a terrific host that is responsive and makes sure you are taken care of. I can’t wait to be back in big bear so I can stay here again. Thanks Aaron!

Did a long term stay and it worked well within the parameters of the listed amenities. The host was responsive and gracious; the neighborhood was walkable and beautiful; and the house itself was cozy for 1-2 people. Would definitely recommend.

The place was cozy and the right amount of space, and maybe a 3-4 minute drive from almost everything in Clovis I was looking for, and fit the need perfectly for a week-long class I was taking down at the Fresno College. I'd definitely come back for the next stay (and class).

Great if you’re staying for a couple days! The host was very friendly and responds quick to any questions you may have. Very easy to access, didn’t have any troubles at all. It’s in a very calm neighborhood and its a short drive to nearby stores and restaurants. Everything else was perfect!
